Qualifying Stage
(June–August)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) BEFORE ENTERING THE CONTEST. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SENTINELONE, INC. (“SENTINELONE”) ESTABLISHING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH YOU ARE ENTITLED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST BY FULFILLING ALL REQUIREMENTS DESCRIBED BELOW, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

These Terms and Conditions govern the Threat Hunting World Championship 2026 (the “Contest”). SentinelOne, Inc., located at 444 Castro St., Suite 400, Mountain View, CA 94041, is the Contest sponsor (“SentinelOne” or “we”).

ENTRY PERIOD

The Contest starts on June 2, 2026, and ends on October 22, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

This Contest is a game of skill. Winners are determined solely based on objective performance criteria. Chance plays no role in determining winners. The Contest participant (“Participant”, “you”, or “your”) must be 18 years or older, must agree to and comply with these Terms and Conditions, and must not be a student to be eligible to participate in the Contest and win the Prize, and only Participants residing in the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, Israel, South Korea, Singapore, and India are eligible to the win the Prize(s). No payment of any fee or other thing of value is needed for participation in this Contest. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not participate in the Contest.

If you are participating in your capacity as an employee, it is your sole responsibility to comply with your employer’s gift policies. SentinelOne will not be party to any disputes or actions related to this matter.

Employees and directors of SentinelOne and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies are not eligible, nor are persons involved in the execution or administration of this Contest, or relatives of each of the above.

Each Participant acknowledges and agrees that no form of cheating is tolerated. If any Participant is found cheating, as determined in SentinelOne’s sole discretion, such Participant will immediately be disqualified from the Contest.

Individuals who are directly or indirectly employed by or associated or affiliated with any direct or indirect competitor of SentinelOne (or any of its affiliates) are ineligible and are strictly prohibited from registering for or participating in the Contest.

NO GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES

Public-sector individuals are not eligible for winning any Prizes associated with this promotion, including employees of federal, state, and local governments as well as educational institutions and libraries. Although public-sector individuals may participate in the Contest if permitted by their respective employer, agency, institution, department, or instrumentality, no individual involved with the public sector (or any immediate family member thereof) is eligible to win a Prize or any other form of compensation, remuneration, or thing of value.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, JUDGING, AND THE PRIZE

A participant must (i) complete the online intake form by entering the full name, email, and your employers name), and (ii) accept and satisfy these Terms and Conditions (“Fulfill All Requirements”) prior to Midnight on August 30, 2026, for a chance to win: (a) Prizes ranging from $75-$5,000 depending on contest stage and placing; (b) Charitable donations between $5,000-$10,000 depending on contest stage and placing; and (c) an expense-paid trip to OneCon on October 20-22, 2026 with an approximate value of $5,000 (each, a “Prize”).There will be up to seven Prize winners per game.

Participants will be evaluated based on accuracy, speed, and completeness. Tie-breakers will be determined by earliest completion time.

In the event the winner cannot accept the Prize, then SentinelOne will offer the Prize to the Participant with the next highest score as determined by SentinelOne in its sole discretion.

No Participant who attempts to Fulfill All Requirements of this Contest after August 30, 2026 will receive or be eligible for any Prize.

Only residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, Israel, South Korea, Singapore, and India are eligible to receive a Prize.

Limited to one submission per game type per person. Duplicate submissions, which may include using the same email with different names, will disqualify all such submissions.

Delivery timing is subject to suppliers’ availability of the Prize and delivery within any specific time is not guaranteed.The relevant Prizes will be delivered electronically within one month of the Contest completion, and will be delivered to the email address provided at registration. The cash-equivalent Prizes via a Reward Pass. A Reward Pass is a virtual prepaid Mastercard that can be used in your country, where an account creation will be required to claim funds. Reward Pass cannot offer cash or cash-equivalent rewards to Participants in Switzerland or Israel, instead these countries will have other outlet options to claim their Prize for a similar monetary value, such as an Amazon or other gift card.

This Contest and these Terms and Conditions are subject to SentinelOne’s privacy policy (please see below).SentinelOne may modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest for valid legal, technical, or operational reasons, provided such changes do not materially disadvantage participants.

Please obtain all necessary or appropriate approvals from your organization before accepting any item of value from SentinelOne. Participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes. Other restrictions apply.

SentinelOne accepts no responsibility for Prizes damaged, undeliverable, or lost in transit.

Prize winners and game results will be made public; and winner(s) of the Contest will be announced in the same procedure as the Contest was announced. Results may be published on SentinelOne’s website, blogs, or social media pages.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, by entering into this Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless SentinelOne and its respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any damage, loss, death or personal injury that may occur as a result of your participation in the Contest. You undertake to indemnify and hold SentinelOne and its respective parents, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless and indemnified against any loss, damage, claims, costs and expenses which may be incurred by each or any of them due to your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions or arising from your participation in the Contest.

All local laws apply. The decisions of SentinelOne are final and binding.

SentinelOne reserves the right to cancel, change or suspend this Contest for any reason, including cheating, technology failure, catastrophe, war, Prize unavailability (in whole or in part), or any unforeseen event that affects the integrity, availability, or operation of this Contest. If the integrity of the Contest cannot be restored, SentinelOne may select winners from among all eligible entries received before we cancel, change or suspend the Contest. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and may be banned from participation in future SentinelOne contests or promotions

PRIVACY

Personal data will be processed for the purposes of administering the Contest based on performance of a contract and/or consent. Participants have certain privacy rights with respect to the Contest, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability. Marketing use of personal data requires separate consent and is not a condition of participation. Data will be retained only as long as necessary for Contest administration and legal compliance. Details from all entries submitted in the intake form will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this Contest (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the Contest) and for publicity purposes surrounding this Contest. The information submitted by you during the registration process or otherwise when participating in the Contest may include your email address, ID number and other personal information (“Personal Information”). By entering this Contest, you consent to the use of your information as described and, unless prohibited by applicable law, you grant to SentinelOne permission for your name, image, likeness, Personal Information, and results to be used for promotional purposes without any additional compensation. Except as provided elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions, your Personal Information will only be used by SentinelOne in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations and SentinelOne’s privacy policy referred to below, for the purposes of administering your participation in the Contest. COUNTRY-SPECIFIC NOTICES

Canada (excluding Quebec): Winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

India: Winners may be required to provide tax identification (e.g., PAN) and are responsible for applicable TDS.

France: Participants have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data. Terms are available in French upon request. Participation in the Contest is free and does not require any purchase or payment. Participants residing in France may request reimbursement of reasonable, direct costs incurred solely for the purpose of participating in the Contest, such as incremental internet connection costs, provided that such costs are not already covered by a flat-rate subscription. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of participation and must include sufficient details and supporting documentation demonstrating the actual costs incurred. Reimbursement will be limited to reasonable, verifiable expenses directly related to participation and may be subject to a standard fixed amount where permitted by law.

Germany: Participants have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data. Terms are available in German upon request

Australia: Prizes may be subject to income tax. Participants are responsible for reporting any winnings.

South Korea: All promotional content must be clearly marked. Prizes over 50,000 KRW may be subject to tax withholding. Personal data will be handled in compliance with applicable laws including cross-border transfer requirements.

India: Participants are responsible for any applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) on winnings.

Singapore: Skill-based contests are permitted. No permit required. Prizes must be awarded fairly based on performance.

UK: No purchase necessary. The contest complies with UK Advertising Standards Authority guidelines.

TAXES

Taxes imposed by any applicable government including incidental costs that may be levied on Prizes shall be fully borne by the Prize winner.

NO WARRANTIES.

To the extent permitted by law, SentinelOne does not warrant that participation in the Contest or Contest materials will be provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure and error-free basis; or that no computer viruses will be transmitted to your computer system as a result of any online activity of the Contest (if any). Any material downloaded through the internet to submit your Research is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from such download. SentinelOne does not warrant the use, validity, accuracy, or reliability of, or the results of the use of, or otherwise in respect of the materials on the contest site or any sites linked to the Contest site.

NO CHEATING

You acknowledge and agree that no form of cheating is tolerated. If you are found cheating, as determined in SentinelOne’s sole discretion, you will immediately be disqualified from the Contest.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SentinelOne may modify these Terms and Conditions or withdraw or terminate the Contest at any stage without notice or liability to anyone.

WAIVER

Participants hereby waive all rights to: (i) claim punitive, exemplary, special, incidental, indirect and consequential damages and any other damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise), other than for actual out-of-pocket costs; and (ii) have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. SentinelOne is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations, or transmission, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic computer, hardware or software malfunctions, or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive any participant or participant information by SentinelOne on account of technical problems or traffic congestion via mobile phone or otherwise. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, act of God, or any other causes which corrupt or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, SentinelOne reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest or any portion thereof at any time, and for any reason without further obligation or advance notice. SentinelOne reserves the right, but does not have any obligation, to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. SentinelOne further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

GOVERNING LAW; ARBITRATION

This Contest will be governed by the laws of the State of California. Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising from or related to this Contest or any Prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator reasonably accepted by Participant and SentinelOne, which arbitration shall be conducted in Santa Clara, California, in accordance with JAMS’ Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures (“Rules”) and in accordance with the Expedited Procedures in those Rules. The language to be used in the arbitral proceeding will be English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protections under applicable law. Where arbitration clauses are not enforceable, disputes will be resolved in accordance with local law.

NO OTHER SPONSORS

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with any person or other entity, including any third party, other than SentinelOne. NAMES, LOGOS AND OTHER MATERIALS ARE USED FOR PURPOSES OF PROMOTION AND/OR PRIZE DESCRIPTION ONLY. ALL TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS, TRADE NAMES, TRADE DRESS, PRODUCT NAMES AND LOGOS APPEARING IN THE CONTEST ARE THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS; USE DOES NOT IMPLY AFFILIATION OR ENDORSEMENT.
